Totally recommend for a quick trip

Comfortable room, amazing pool, with the kids loving the slide and water features in the pool area which is perfect for little ones to enjoy safely.

The queen room was spacious, providing plenty of room for my family. The convenient location made access to shopping and dining easy. Additionally, the breakfast options were generally good, with various choices available to start the day right. However, some items ran out quickly during breakfast hours.

The lack of additional seating options in the common areas made it less comfortable for family gatherings.

The pool area, featuring a lazy river and splash pad, was a delightful highlight for the kids, who could have spent hours there. Breakfast included delicious sausage and the unique addition of Cinnabon rolls, making mornings enjoyable. However, the air conditioning in our room leaked, soaking the carpet, and the staff response was lacking—they didn't offer a room change or discount. Despite these issues, the location was excellent, close to shopping and dining options.

Consider bringing your own towels for the pool, as they can be in short supply during busy times.

We had an awesome time with our group of friends! We visited the Columbus Museum of Art and had fun at the indoor pool. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the spacious rooms made our stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making everything easy. I definitely recommend staying here for a great group getaway.

One downside was that the lobby area felt a bit messy on arrival, which was off-putting. But luckily, our room was clean once we got settled in.

Noise levels in the hallways were quite high during our stay, making it difficult to catch some z's, especially with kids running around at odd hours. Also, I had trouble with the refrigerator freezing our fruit, while leaving bottles of water untouched. And do keep an eye on your bill—there's a $100 deposit that I wasn’t initially aware of, which could catch you off guard.

Our one-night stay was pleasant, but management needs attention to details. The pool was a highlight, enjoyed by my kids, but we were disappointed with the breakfast offerings. For better mornings, I suggest arriving early to grab what’s available. Look out for cozy little spots nearby for meals.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus, Polaris Parkway provided a welcoming ambiance with spacious, accessible rooms and a lovely pool area that my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Additional seating options in common areas would be helpful.
